Marco Francesco Lilliu
Marco is an award-winning Harvard-trained Mediator & Negotiator as well as an Oxford-trained Arbitrator, focused solely on resolving family, business, corporate, and workplace disputes. Prior to devoting himself to dispute resolution, Marco worked as a family & business lawyer for 11 years and has owned a number of businesses over the years as well. He is a fully insured, licensed Family Mediator by the Law Society of British Columbia.
Before moving to Victoria in 2020 and starting Accordance Dispute Resolution LLP, he practiced as a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator in Vancouver for a boutique downtown law firm and for the Department of Justice Canada within the Business & Regulatory Section.

Whether we meet in our office or on Zoom, Marco and his team are always there to guide and assist in the mediation process including a rigorous intake process to ensure the mediation itself is as productive as possible.
Marco led a number of successful family law mediations in 2020/21 spanning various issues such as spousal support, child support, property division involving a number of businesses and shareholders, parenting time and parenting responsibilities.
